摘要(Abstract)：

“将健康融入所有政策”是新时代我国卫生与健康工作方针的重要组成部分，也是推进健康中国建设的关键实施策略。它植根于马克思主义关于影响健康的政治经济因素的分析，强调国民健康的维护不应仅仅依靠医疗和公共卫生部门，而是要将其他部门也纳入其中，因为所有部门的政策都会对健康和健康公平产生影响。近几十年来，尤其是新世纪以来，一些国家积极探索“将健康融入所有政策”的实践方式，并取得了一些积极成果。然而，由于这些国家的实践主要是基于“健康的社会决定因素”这一“去政治化”的公共卫生研究范式，缺乏对生产方式和权力关系的考察，导致政策效果受到限制。本文尝试从政治经济学视角出发，总结和归纳芬兰、澳大利亚、美国等国推行“将健康融入所有政策”的经验和教训，为我国顺利落实这一战略任务提供政策依据和参考。
