摘要(Abstract)：

在唯物史观视阈下，铸牢中华民族共同体意识是党的民族工作主线，而如何铸牢则诉诸社会政治经济结构运动图景的布展。这要求我们深刻认识发展和稳定、发展和民生、发展和人心的紧密联系，只有推动发展成果惠及民生、凝聚人心，铸牢中华民族共同体意识才是有根之木、有源之水。通过对华电新疆发电有限公司的跟踪调研，我们发现国有企业作为中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础，以其特有的经济逻辑来认识和解决民族问题，同时其运行机制与功能成效更具有系统性和复合性。国有企业通过党建引领、基层治理、文化共融及社会共建等措施，在认知上强化中华民族身份认同，在情感上增进中华民族族际情谊，在意志上促进中华民族行为自觉，从而实现铸牢中华民族共同体意识目标。
