摘要(Abstract)：

斯拉法价值论是独立于新古典价值理论和劳动价值论的价值理论。回顾斯拉法与新古典经济学的数次学术论战史，笔者发现斯拉法早期就对马歇尔的价值理论进行了批判。在《用商品生产商品》一书中，斯拉法指出了新古典价值理论中的循环论证的问题，构建了“标准商品与标准体系”作为“不变的价值尺度”,提出了“价值的形成和价值的分配在同一个过程中”,从而成功地把价值的决定与剩余的分配融为一体，继承并复兴了古典经济学注重经济剩余分析的传统。
