摘要(Abstract)：

不断完善数字产业链体系并着力提升韧性和安全水平对于实现数字经济高质量发展有着十分重要的作用。从产业链通常涵盖的价值链、企业链、供需链和空间链四个维度来看，中国数字产业链发展既有一定的优势，也面临着“卡脖子”等挑战。提升产业链韧性和安全水平，是维护中国国家经济安全，推动中国经济高质量发展的必然之举。因此，需要从五个方面不断提升数字产业链韧性和安全水平：构建数字产业链风险预警机制和产业链发展图谱，预防产业链“断链”;构筑自主数字技术体系和国际供应链备份体系，加快供需链“补链”;完善健全中国特色数据要素市场，促进价值链“强链”;推动数字平台企业规范发展，推动企业链“优链”;以“链长制”为抓手促进产业链治理，实现空间链“延链”。
