摘要(Abstract)：

<正>历史的进程在过去两年间仿佛突然换挡,把这个世界带进一个重大事件的多发期,许多之前难以想象的事件接二连三地发生——ISIS的兴起、恐怖袭击在欧洲的频发、难民危机的挑战、欧洲选举中右翼政党引人注目的表现、乌克兰危机、英国脱欧、特朗普以反主流的政见主张当选为美国总统、日本执政联盟以多数优势在修改宪法这一议题上获胜、南海的紧张局势、许多国家的民族主义抬头,这一系列事件以前所未有的密度带给我们一个接一个的冲击和震撼。
